Our Story
Birkbecks Waterfront sits where the river meets the city — a place designed for slow mornings and long evenings. We opened our doors on Mill Street to give Worcester a space where the quality of a pour matters as much as the view from your seat.
By day, our baristas pull single-origin espressos and craft pour-overs with beans sourced from small roasters. By night, the same space transforms — the lighting dims, the music softens, and our bartenders build cocktails around seasonal spirits and house-made infusions. The river doesn't rush; neither do we.
